Product leader with 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B and B2C SaaS products, leading cross-functional Product & Tech organizations, and driving product transformation initiatives.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of product environments, from pre-product-market fit startups to enterprise-scale SaaS ecosystems. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how products evolve, scale and create sustainable business value throughout their lifecycle.
My background spans web, mobile, desktop and connected-device applications, as well as API integrations and interconnected product ecosystems. Over the years, my scope has progressively expanded from product execution to product leadership, organizational design, product operations and business transformation.
Currently Head of Product and member of the Executive Committee (CODIR), I lead Product, Design and Engineering teams while defining product strategy, scaling Product Operations and driving strategic platform transformation initiatives that support growth, operational excellence and long-term scalability. I also drive the adoption of AI across the product lifecycle to enhance productivity, accelerate discovery and delivery workflows, improve prioritization, strengthen decision-making and increase the overall effectiveness of product teams.
My focus today extends beyond product delivery. I am particularly interested in how Product, Technology and Data can become strategic growth levers, creating competitive advantage, enabling new business opportunities and supporting long-term company performance.
Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in product strategy, Product Operations, AI-powered innovation and data-informed decision-making. I particularly enjoy building high-performing product organizations and scalable operating models that accelerate execution, support business growth and create measurable impact for both customers and companies.
My experience spans SaaS, collaboration, telephony, FoodTech and SportTech environments, as well as direct and indirect go-to-market models. Working in international and cross-functional contexts has strengthened my ability to navigate complexity, align stakeholders and connect product strategy with business outcomes.
